Very nice hotel restaurant, quaint and relaxing atmosphere. Clam chowder was delicious as well as the fish and chips. Recommend dining here while staying at Hyatt.
Our last night in Boston and we just wanted to chill in the hotel here at the Hyatt Regency. To be honest, we've tried most of the recommended places to eat when visiting Boston either through Yelp, YouTube, Trip Advisor and Google and it's been a hit or miss. Little did we know that one of the best foods here in this town was just right below our hotel room. Yes - Avenue One! The food here is excellent. Don't let the overall 3 star rating tell you otherwise. Their fish and chips rocks! Perfectly seasoned generous haddock is lightly breaded and crisp to perfection. The Mongolian steak is one of the better Asian inspired steaks I've had for a while. Could easily be a dish in Morimotos kitchen. Lastly their gnocchi is to die for with the light lemon flavor. You also get a $10 credit when staying at the hotel. A definite 5 star worthy review.
